After your payment has been successfully processed, you will receive access to download your purchased files.
No physical item will be shipped for digital orders.

Physical handmade products are carefully prepared before shipping.
Processing times vary depending on the product and are shown on each product page.
Custom-made and personalized items may require additional preparation time.
Shipping
Physical orders are shipped from Ukraine.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and the selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed.
Customs & Import Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before completing your order.
July Sova is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is beyond our control.
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, weather conditions, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If your package appears to be lost, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photographs of both the item and its packaging.
Many of our handmade products are made to order or individually assembled. Processing times may vary depending on the complexity of the order.
